Predictable systems beat reactive heroics.
Infinite Cloud IT was built around one frustration: small businesses buy ‘support’ and still end up not knowing who owns what, what standard is being followed, or whether the basics are actually being maintained.

Why we exist.
For years, I managed Microsoft 365 for businesses across Sussex and Kent. Every engagement followed the same pattern: clients bought ‘support’ but had no clarity on ownership, no standards being followed, and no confidence the basics were maintained. That is when I realised the problem was not technology - it was operational discipline. Infinite Cloud IT exists to fix that. We deliver everything a business needs under one roof: M365 administration, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, IT consulting, and infrastructure management. No surprises, no missing pieces, no reactive heroics.
The founder
How we got here.
Founded in 2025 by Lewis Hirst, Infinite Cloud IT began with a simple question: why do small and medium sized businesses continue to juggle multiple IT vendors, each responsible for a slice of their technology stack, while nobody owns the big picture? The answer was obvious - there was no single provider willing to take full responsibility. We built Infinite Cloud IT to be that provider. All-inclusive Managed IT, built on standardisation, designed for scale, and grounded in operational discipline.
